In 1988, a group of theater enthusiasts to create under the name of Charleroi Molières Moccasins and a new theatrical space: the dinner theater located BREWING Manege Square 1 in Charleroi. Concerned about the quality of their acting, they use for most parts of professional directors. From the beginning, too, they exploit a niche in the original theatrical repertoire. In fact, their program typically consists of creations in Belgium. No shows intellectuals of course, but frankly hilarious comedy or clever blend of laughter and emotion. Since 1997, they put up to date a popular genre in Charleroi: THE JOURNAL, the opportunity to laugh and smile of the events that marked the previous year the life of our good city of Charleroi! . 2007, Molière and Moccasins celebrated the 10th anniversary of a show that has become truly essential and the success was more than ever to go! The announcement of the show just made reservations already announced full !!!!. Since December 2005, they changed their place of performance and are now THE LITTLE THEATRE OF THE ALLEY - Village Street in Lodelinsart. . This new place much more spacious, more comfortable, in a word appears more theater delight audiences of the company to the extent that the attendance of spectators may simply be multiplied by four or five from the attendance Café-Théâtre de la Brasserie. Today, Molières and Moccasins are on the starting line for their 24th season, a season they will place again under the sign of quality entertainment and above all originality . . . . Indeed, in Montreal in 1914, two professional hockey teams, the Wanderers and Canadians are moving in the same league (the National Hockey Association) and they play in the same enclosure, the Montreal Arena. For spectators, it is particularly difficult to display the colors of the favorite team when the two clubs play against each other. To remedy this, many French fans go to Arena dressed in the costume party of former Canadiens: wool hats, belts and colorful Indian moccasins with beadwork. Proudly wearing the costume of the inhabitants, the French-speaking viewers can then make clear their preference. From that moment, the word Living appears in the sports pages. Let's take a closer look at an article published in Le Devoir, February 9, 1914: The Canadiens defeat administered to the most complete crew of Toronto Saturday night, before an audience monster like only our crew know how to get to Arena, the final result 9-3. .
